Dec 25, 2008: Case of study. The ISP business ICM overcomes the bottleneck produced by Bluecoat Packeteer shaper. The model of Packeteer shaper installed didn't allow to increase their bandwidth over 100Mbits. They have installed the high availability QoS solution model of Zynknet WidthGuard, and they now can get a bandwidth of 900 Mbits. This is an important added value that they can offer to their clients.
